How to do this

What you do is you get a highlighter or a highlighting colour and put it on the inner corner of your eye.
Then put a purple on the outer corner and blend into the highlight. You put a tap of highlight in the center of the eye lid and then its done. Put eyeliner on if you want to (thinly) and apply mascara.
